Article 1 – Object

The general terms of sale described below outline the rights and obligations of the company Morwings (see the Privacy Policy of the company) and its customers in the context of the sale of all products (e-books, brand products, Club subscriptions, event registrations) available on the website

Any service provided by the company MORWINGS implies the buyer’s unconditional adherence to these general terms of sale.

Article 2 – Presentation of Products

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the store on our site. Photographs are not part of the contractual field. The responsibility of the company Morwings cannot be engaged if errors have been introduced. All texts and images presented on the website of the company Morwings are reserved, worldwide, under copyright and intellectual property rights. Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 – Validity Period of Sales Offers

Products are offered for sale until stock is exhausted. In the event of an order for an unavailable product, the customer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by email or postal mail.

Article 4 – Prices of Products

The store on our site indicates prices in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs. The amount of VAT is specified when a product is selected by the customer, and shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the selection of various products by the customer.

The company Morwings reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order registration.

The proposed rates include temporary promotional offers that Morwings may grant based on its results or the buyer’s assumption of certain services.

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Article 5 – Order

The customer validates their order when they activate the “Confirm your order” link at the bottom of the “Summary of your order” page after accepting these terms of sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically offered to check each element of their order; they can thus correct any errors.

Morwings confirms the order by email; this information includes all the elements of the order and the customer’s right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by Morwings according to the GDPR Privacy Policy constitutes evidence of the nature, content, and date of the order. It is archived under legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archive by contacting the Customer Relations service.

Article 6 – Payment Terms

Payment for orders is made by bank transfer or credit card. The balance must be paid in full for the shipment of products.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has a period of fourteen clear days, from the receipt of the products, to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except, if applicable, return costs. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company reimburses the Buyer for all sums paid, promptly and no later than fourteen days following the date on which this right was exercised.

Article 8 – Delivery

Every product is delivered without a guarantee as to the deadlines, except for deliveries to individuals. The delivery deadline varies depending on their address.

Article 9 – Customer Relations / After-Sales Service

For any information, question, or complaint, the customer can contact the Customer Relations service of the company.

Article 10 – Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code regarding “the process of mediation of consumer disputes,” the buyer has the right to use the mediation service offered by the company Morwings free of charge. The proposed mediator is CNPM MEDIATION CONSUMPTION.

In accordance with Article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code, one of the prerequisites for the examination of the dispute by CNPM MEDIATION CONSUMPTION is as follows: the consumer must demonstrate having previously attempted to resolve their dispute directly with the Customer Service of the company Morwings, through a complaint sent by mail or email.
